Introduction

Welcome to Natalie Cunningham Coaching. These Terms of Service outline the guidelines and expectations for our coaching relationship. By engaging in our services, you agree to these terms, which are designed to create a supportive and effective coaching experience.

Natalie Cunningham Coaching ("we," "our," or "us") provides life coaching services to help women navigate life transitions, family relationships, and personal growth. Our approach is collaborative and client-centered, focused on empowering you to create meaningful change.

Services

We offer the following coaching services:

  • One-on-one coaching sessions (virtual or in-person)
  • Group coaching programs
  • Workshops and educational materials
  • Email support between sessions
  • Personalized action plans and resources

Coaching is a collaborative process where we work together to identify goals, overcome challenges, and create sustainable change. Our sessions are confidential spaces for exploration, reflection, and growth.

Booking & Payment

Session Scheduling

Sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability. We recommend:

  • Scheduling sessions at least 48 hours in advance
  • Using our online booking system for convenience
  • Confirming session times via email

Payment Terms

Payment is required as follows:

  • Single sessions: Payment due before the session
  • Package sessions: Payment due at time of booking
  • Accepted methods: Credit card, bank transfer, or other agreed methods
  • Receipts provided for all payments

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change. Our cancellation policy is:

  • 48 hours notice required for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be charged the full session fee
  • Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • We will provide the same courtesy for any changes on our end

Client Responsibilities

To get the most from our coaching relationship, we ask that you:

  • Come to sessions prepared and on time
  • Be open and honest in our conversations
  • Complete agreed-upon actions between sessions
  • Communicate any concerns or challenges promptly
  • Take responsibility for your growth and decisions
  • Provide feedback about what's working and what could be improved

Coaching requires active participation and commitment. The more you invest in the process, the more you'll benefit from our work together.

Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

  • Session content and discussions
  • Personal information shared during coaching
  • Your goals, challenges, and progress
  • Any materials or documents you share

Exceptions to confidentiality include:

  • If required by law or court order
  • If there is risk of harm to yourself or others
  • With your explicit permission to share specific information

We take appropriate measures to protect your information and maintain the trust essential to our coaching relationship.

Liability

Important limitations to understand:

  • Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice
  • We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions
  • If you need therapeutic support, we can provide referrals
  • You are responsible for your decisions and actions
  • Results depend on your commitment and participation

Coaching focuses on personal and professional development, goal achievement, and creating positive change. It complements but does not replace professional medical, psychological, or financial advice.

Intellectual Property

Ownership and usage rights:

  • Coaching materials, frameworks, and content are our intellectual property
  • You may use provided materials for your personal development
  • Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission
  • Your personal insights and progress belong to you
  • We may use anonymized, aggregated data for program improvement

We respect your creative work and ask that you respect ours. All materials are provided to support your growth journey.

Termination

Either party may end the coaching relationship by:

  • Providing written notice (email is sufficient)
  • Giving at least 7 days notice when possible
  • Completing any scheduled sessions during the notice period
  • Settling any outstanding payments

We may terminate services if:

  • There is inappropriate behavior or boundary violations
  • Payment obligations are not met
  • The coaching relationship is no longer productive
  • Professional boundaries cannot be maintained

Our goal is to ensure the coaching relationship remains positive and effective for both parties.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service to:

  • Reflect changes in our services or business practices
  • Comply with legal requirements
  • Improve clarity and user experience
  • Address new coaching methodologies or technologies

Significant changes will be communicated via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
